Our guaranteed program is offered on Brochures, Business Cards, Custom Sized Cards, Posters and Postcards/Rack Cards (only offered for 100# gloss text and 14 pt. C2S for quantities under 50,000 and aqueous coated). We currently offer from Next Day (2 day) to 4 Day (standard) on 14 pt. products and Next Day (2 day) to 5 Day (standard) on 100# gloss text products. We currently do not offer Same Day (1 day) delivery.

All guaranteed products are based on proof approval. Please allow up to 1 business day for all PDF proofs. Our production day ends at 10:00 am EST.

Please make sure your approval is received prior to 10:00 am EST in order to count that day as a production day.

Terms & Conditions
If we fail to ship your order by the guaranteed delivery date, upon request, we will immediately refund the amount of your expedited charges for the current order and issue a coupon valid for the same amount of charges for future use on an expedited order. Coupon valid for 90 days.

All orders approved on Saturday or Sunday will process as if approved on Monday before 10:00 am EST. All orders approved on holidays will process as if approved the following business day before 10:00 am EST.
